Caso Rocchi, Codacons: "Se c'è frode sportiva, via gli scudetti all'Inter!"

Scossone nel calcio italiano con la Serie A che torna al centro di polemiche per una presunta nuova vicenda legata alla frode sportiva. L’indagine coinvolge Gianluca Rocchi e apre scenari delicati per tutto il sistema, riportando alla memoria vecchi scandali e alimentando ipotesi anche molto pesanti sul futuro delle competizioni.

La posizione del Codacons e le richieste
Il Codacons interviene sull’inchiesta per frode sportiva che coinvolge Gianluca Rocchi e chiede misure drastiche in caso di responsabilità accertate. “Il calcio italiano non può permettersi nuove ombre dopo gli scandali del passato”, afferma l’associazione, sottolineando che eventuali interferenze su arbitri e Var renderebbero “inevitabile un intervento esemplare”.

Tra le richieste: acquisire gli atti dell’indagine, avviare un procedimento sportivo autonomo e valutare la revoca di eventuali titoli, inclusi gli scudetti dell’Inter nei campionati sotto esame. Il Codacons ipotizza anche il commissariamento della FIGC, in presenza di condotte che abbiano compromesso l’imparzialità delle competizioni. L’associazione chiede infine “massima trasparenza” e tutela dei tifosi, riservandosi azioni legali e richieste di risarcimento in caso di accertata frode sportiva.
