Roberto Mancini ha mandato un segnale chiaro in vista della scelta del prossimo commissario tecnico dell’Italia. L’ex allenatore azzurro ha infatti risolto il contratto con l’Al Sadd dopo la vittoria del campionato in Qatar e, intervenendo al Festival della Serie A di Parma, ha spiegato le ragioni della sua scelta con parole significative: “Non ho trovato quello che cercavo”. Una decisione che rafforza l’ipotesi di un suo ritorno sulla panchina della Nazionale, desiderio manifestato più volte negli ultimi mesi.

Malagò non si espone, Conte e Guardiola restano sullo sfondo

Secondo quanto riportato da La Gazzetta dello Sport, il favorito per la vittoria delle elezioni FIGC, Giovanni Malagò, mantiene il massimo riserbo sulla scelta del prossimo ct in vista del voto del 22 giugno. Prima dell’elezione, infatti, non sarebbe opportuno esporsi pubblicamente su un candidato, anche se i primi contatti esplorativi con diversi allenatori sarebbero già stati avviati. Al momento Antonio Conte sarebbe meno vicino alla panchina azzurra rispetto alle scorse settimane, anche per richieste e prospettive differenti rispetto a Mancini, mentre il nome di Pep Guardiola resta più una suggestione che una pista concreta, soprattutto per gli elevati costi dell’operazione.
