Trattativa cordata USA-ADL, Rizzetta smentisce rumors: "Priorità al Campobasso"

Nelle ultime ore, diverse indiscrezioni rilanciate da autorevoli testate internazionali come The New York Times, hanno accostato il nome del presidente del Napoli Basket e del Campobasso, Matt Rizzetta ad una possibile trattativa tra una cordata statunitense ed Aurelio De Laurentiis per l'acquisto della SSC Napoli. In merito alle ricostruzioni circolate, il Club molisano precisa in una nota ufficiale che Rizzetta opera da anni anche come advisor e manager nell’ambito degli investimenti internazionali.

Per questo motivo, il suo nome viene frequentemente associato a gruppi, fondi e operazioni nel panorama sportivo e imprenditoriale internazionale:  “Nel nostro settore la riservatezza è un elemento imprescindibile — ha spiegato Matt Rizzetta — ed è per questo che la proprietà non rilascia commenti rispetto ai rumors. Posso però ribadire con assoluta chiarezza che il mio impegno per il Campobasso FC resta totale”. Il presidente rossoblù ha poi detto: “La crescita del Campobasso FC passa anche per lo stadio e la possibilità di dotare il territorio di un impianto moderno, sostenibile e all’altezza delle ambizioni costruite in questi anni. È lì che si misura realmente la prospettiva futura di un club”.
